SHIPPING is USPS Ground for 4.95.
Priority and Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
If you live locally, please let me know and I can deliver the items to you at no charge. (Lancaster, Buford, Rock Hill, Indian Land, Heath Springs or Kershaw ) How Great, I know !!

EXCHANGES only, and this is only if the item is defective on our part. Each item is personally checked before it is shipped. When an item is personalized, it cannot be exchanged.

PAYMENTS of cash or check are accepted. Checks can be made out to Ruffled Feathers. There will be a fee of $30 for any return checks.

Custom made items will usually ship 2-3 weeks after payment is recieved. If you need an item before then, we will need to discuss and approve the "date needed". All in stock items will be ready to ship within 2-3 days. When you place your order by email (ruffledfeathersonmain@gmail.com), you will be told then if the item is in stock.
